Welcome to Conneccards ("Conneccards", "we", "our", or "us"). Conneccards is an Australian business selling conversation card games designed to help people build meaningful connections.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

 

2. Products

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on your screen.

  • Packaging may change from time to time.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors without notice.

  • We may discontinue products at any time.

 

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not mean it has been accepted. Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation or dispatch notification.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel orders;

  • limit quantities purchased;

  • cancel orders where pricing errors occur; or

  • cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • carrier issues;

  • public holidays; or

  • other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider. If your order is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. If your product:

  • is faulty; or

  • is significantly different from its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

 

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind;

  • incorrect purchases; or

  • products damaged through misuse.

 

Where a product is found to be faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, return shipping is at the customer's expense.
